Double flux cylinder Vertical robot unit fabricated of high quality of Steels. Oil and flux cylinder machine from Alloy steels tubes with Flange. The cylinder mounted is robust Heavy Base.
The oil cylinder bore has ground finish the flux cylinder Hard chrome plating ground long life, the Die Head sieves are made of H.C.H.C.K. (58 R.C.) The coating die is Tungsten carbide and is adjustable to ensure concentricity between wire and coating. | |

Wet Mixer Reduction gear box Drive MS developed designed Muller type fabricated vertical shell. Roller moves in clockwise direction provided in body, to provide a homogenous flux, can be titled in circular manner , mixed & sieved powdered/ chemical, and mixed in wet mixer with liquid blender to form flux for slug briquette. Due to its developed designed fabrication a high quality of flux is obtained. This flux is transferred to slug press for making cake. Wet Mixer can not be stored under at morphemic condition for more then few hour.

| Wet Mixer & Slug Press The Wet Mixer & Slug Press is of table type vertical construction vertical press is Hydraulically operated, Heavy duty hydraulic press with Hydraulic Power pack with pump, valve are built into the base frame hydraulic. Pressure is generated by high pressure pump which is driven over a flexible coupling by electrical Motor. Cake cylinder made a steel tape the cylinder Bore is Ground finish, Piston of slug press is lowered to the bottom, flux is filled in cylinder, opening & closed, by hydraulic cylinder system

Wire Feeder The cut wires are kept in the hopper. Two seats of pick Roller of the hopper feed the wires into a Gear Box. The gear box consisting of two sets of transports Roller and three set knurling Roller feed the wire into the Die Head. Adjustment system for different diameters length of electrodes with variable speed can be varied according to the requirements. Speed can be adjusted by hydraulic control valve.

| Baking Oven Developed designed to minimize loss to Industrial Oven and heat put for uniform distribution of heat. Stationery type fabricated to structure sections, covered with MS & inside chamber SS 304 steels double walls in bet which gap filled with best insulation glass wool blankets, Industrial Oven, heating elements arranged in delta star position easily approachable for replacement, bolt side openings, double door, special centrifugal for maximum circulation and homogenous distribution at hot air. The heating elements and the blower notions are electrically interlocked so that unless the meter is switched on the heaters cannot be energized. The automatic temperature controlled is incorporated with the terms couple device circuit so that the case of the failure of term couple or its loads, the heater will be switched off.

Wire Straightening & Cutting Machines The draw wire is loaded on a coil stand of the wire cutting machine. The wire as it passes through a high speed spinner get straightened.
The wire Automatic accurate, adjustable for various diameters arc and standard length of electrodes wire with in the 0 tolerance. The cut wires are store in racks. They are move to the wire feeder in rack using pallet truck
